The Power of the Cross

❤️For the message of the CROSS is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the POWER OF GOD.

1 Corinthians 1:18 NIV❤️

The power of the cross is the power of God for those who believes. For some that they do not understand the meaning of the cross. For it is written,

I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate. ( 1 Corinthians 1:19)

Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.

Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.

Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.

It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”

1 Corinthians 1:20‭-‬31 NIV

No Longer Slaves to Fear. I am a CHILD of GOD!

Romans 8:15

So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.”
Romans 8:15 NLT

I have found my journal. A journal that is different from my normal journal with writings of my messages to God and His message to me. In this journal, I had compiled His promises in a form of drawings or sketch or what you could say it as an art (whatever 😂😉😳).

I found this verse in one of the pages

I love this verse. I love it the most when I understood it intently. God position us to the safe place, the moment we believe that He raised Jesus Christ from the dead. We are released from God’s wrath.

At the cross, Jesus took our infirmities; Jesus took our condemnation; Jesus took our sicknesses and diseases. Jesus redeemed us and saved us from our sins. He delivers us. Jesus is the main bridge for us to call God our Abba (Father).

Because of Jesus obedience we can live the life that is full of grace. The Grace which everyone is undeserved to possess it.

But God is a gracious God. His goodness is can not be measured. His intelligence is can not be fathomed. He is the Sovereign God.

He had given us the sonship through Christ Jesus. What a privilege to have that.

Let He be a Father to you. A Father who will do everything for His son own good sake. A Father who is so generous when you ask. A Father who is so so good. Because that is who He is!

If you want to know more of Him more. Click here to receive this kind of privilege.

Learn through the PROCESS

Because through the process, the Lord is with us. Though the process, in our ups and down, the Lord is with us. Through the process, on our bumpy road, the Lord is with us!

His promise is true!

His promise is perfect!

His promise is sovereign!

His promise is irrevocable!

Whomever are Christians here believes that we are Victorious in Jesus. In fact that is true. We believe because of our faith.

Our life our secured. We are set apart. We are justified. We are glorified. This is the promise the Lord our God had bestowed upon to those who believes in His Son Jesus Christ and are saved, that’s John 3:16 had emphasized.

However, the promise of Victory is the end result. The Bible does not tells us that we will have a smooth sailing life while we are still here on earth.

The promise in Jeremiah 29:11 of plan to prosper us and not to harm us is true and for our own good sake, but it does not constitute that everything will be straight and easy for us.

How about in times of we look forward to victories and triumphs in our life but it doesn’t happen the way we want it to be? Perhaps, we have disappointments. Anger. Hatred. Sadness. It will start to move down. Temporarily, you will stun and ask yourself, why? What happened?

That’s normal. We are still human.

Don’t fret. The promise is still powerful! We are still victorious and triumphants through Christ Jesus!

But how are we able to avoid these disappointments, anger, hatred, sadness if it doesn’t go on the way we want it to be? And this what the Lord had revealed to me … ENJOY THE PROCESS, LEARN THROUGH THE PROCESS!

His message for 2019

Because through the process, the Lord is with us. Though the process, in our ups and down, the Lord is with us. Through the process, on our bumpy road, the Lord is with us!

His promise is true!

His promise is perfect!

His promise is sovereign!

His promise is irrevocable!

Because what the Scripture says that

Deutorony 31:8

“It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Isaiah 41:10-13

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish. You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all. For I, the Lordyour God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

So therefore, during the process let us enjoy it. During the process let us learn through it because He is IMMANUEL even through the PROCESS!!!

Glory to God.

God’s Final Word: His Son – His Joy!

Have you ever felt the same, when you finished reading 1 book in the Bible and yet you still want to continue reading one book which the Spirit prompting you to start reading? Once you start, you can’t stop!

I believe there are people here who feel the same way as mine. O, BTW, it is good suggestion to read Bible reading aside of you alone, is with the group. AND this how “Build Life Together through the Gospel” was born.

It is a group of women who passionately wants to seek the Word of God in the same vision and spirits. To spur one another with Spirit had gifted each one of them. Believing with the revelation from God to each and everyone; had to be shared and be encouraged as an inspiration to everyone.

As we spur one another, we will do the same to other women surrounds us and will do the same for His Kingdom to build life through the Gospel. It started with three and now we are seven and will continue to count more in Jesus’ name!

We had finished reading the book of Romans that inspired us to read because of the book of Acts. Now that we had finished Romans and so the prompting is to read the book of Hebrews. Let us not be legalistic here, these women are not Theologians but Inspired to kick their spirits from a slumber and had the wick of the fire to put fan to flame of which the Spirit had put in their hearts.

The beginning of Hebrews chapter one is God’s Final Word: His Son (NIV)

Reading this chapter without the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit will lead you to a boring story. At glance it is a repeated story or re-telling by the Author of this book of which whom he emphasized that Jesus is the ultimate and Superior above them all– the Angels.

Hebrews 1:3

“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful Word. “

In verses 5-9 is the Son Superior to Angels.

For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father” ? Or again, “I will be his Father, and he will be my Son” ? And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God’s angels worship him.” In speaking of the angels he says, “He makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.” But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.” – Hebrews 1:5‭-‬9 NIV

And to this my heart leaped with Joy!

In verse 9b says “your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of Joy.

Jesus is the ultimate JOY that we could ever had. It sums up the total need of our being to survive in this fallen world.

The JOY that speaks of our COMFORT.

The JOY that speaks of our PEACE.

The JOY that speaks of our REST.

The JOY that speaks of our SATISFACTION.

The JOY that speaks of our CONTENTMENT.

The JOY that speaks of our HEALING.

The JOY that speaks of our DELIVERANCE.

The JOY that is unexplainable and unspeakable and He is JESUS.

This chapter speaks only one thing.

The JOY that is lacking in your life that created void in your heart will be filled through if you will know JESUS.

He offers a relationship and Not a religion that lead to Salvation.

Nothing else we could ever has this kind of JOY to someone else’s but only from JESUS.

Now for you who are reading this article. It is not an accident that you read this untill this point. There is a purpose and reason why you hop upon this page and make time to read.

Jesus wanting to have a relationship with you. If you are willing from your heart. We will invite you in a small prayer. Prayer is not a magic but it means that we are talking to God. Click Salvation to lead you in this prayer of Salvation and to understand who is Jesus to your life.

JESUS LOVES YOU!

True that it would not be easy but this work is Not mine but the Lord’s. In all that we do for His kingdom will Not in vain.

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. – 1 Corithians 15:58

The day ANEU B Salon & Spa was dedicated to the Lord as one of His House Churches in the Philippines

This maybe a different approach from my previous blogs about Word of God but the content will always be His Great Love.

Philippians 1:6 was one of my life verses that encourages, motivates, and my faith’s lifterer whenever I am down to nothing. This verse was my twin partner with my Proverbs 3:5-6.

When my spiritual life turned sky scraper in 2016 after attending Colour Conference of Hillsong Church, the Vision that the Holy Spirit had put in my heart became distinct and prominent. The “set-aside” moment of my spiritual giftings became the “main stream” in my walk of faith. The third in my priorities in life became first: faith, family, work.

I became “Lord, what do you want me do?” child of God–like. The spiritual revival was so strong! It brought me to my knees of humbleness in the presence of my Creator! As I am nothing without my Living God.

From that day on wards, slowly, the Lord had revealed to me what He wanted me to do for His kingdom sake. His purpose in me to pursue and made it complete in His time.

One of His purposes is for us –the fallen world to return back to Him and accept Him as the True Living God and as Lord and Savior. This could mean that we as Christians have to work hand-in-hand with our Savior.

And this made me compelled to work for His kingdom as the Lord second greatest commandment is to “Love others as yourself”.

Long ago, I wanted to have a Salon business. Reason because I love to go to the Salon to pamper myself and for my hair be cured the frizzy strands that was inborn in me.

But it would not happen as I wanted it long ago. The urge of that moment was not distinct and I do not have the courage to put it up.

I started to write it down in my prayer journal in 2016. It is one of my passion to pursue in ex-change of my work in corporate world–that’s my first reason. But the Lord changed the reason why I wanted to have a Salon. He will not remove your first passion But He will make it a more “satisfying” reason.

When the opportunity arises on the later part of 2017 to put up a Salon, the Lord had put this vision in my heart, that this Salon will become an “avenue for the lost souls” to draw near to His kingdom and not only one but to the succeeding branches.

March 3, 2018 when we launch it here in the Philippines. We’ve hired a christian staff to supervise the Salon while we are in SG; and to lead them in Bible Study as my first plan. But  it did not happen as we plan. Something happened to her and she had to resigned.

In my heart, I really wanted  this Salon to be a BiBle-based operations. But who will lead them? We are based in Singapore and I am working.  Though, my heart was no longer in my workplace as it became the last in my priority.

Monthly,  my husband and I will see to it, that we go back to see them personally and started to lead them in prayers and in meals we ate together. We saw the difference in their relationships if we are with them and praying together.

The urge of the Vision the Lord had put in my heart was became prominent since the last time we go back to the Philippines on 26 April for 6 days.

The moment I returned to SG, I resigned from my beloved company for about to 13 years. The position that I had in this company was not easy to leave but God made it NO regrets for me — leaving this company for His Kingdom-sake.

It was a total relieve when I tender. The breathable feeling was tangible. Now, I can focus more!!!

I thank my hubby, Gedeon for his undying support and love to me and most especially to God. Love you, Mahal!

Mid of June 2018, whe  we went back to the Philippines and we started to share the Word of God with them.

Matthew 5:13

“You are like Salt for the whole human race. But if salt loses it’s saltiness, there is no way to make it Salty again. It has become worthless so it is thrown out and people trample on it.

As the Scripture says, we are the “Salt” for the whole human race. What is the essence of a Salt? Why we need to become Salt for the human race?

We have our purpose here on Earth — It’s God’s purpose in us. We are the “arms and legs” of the Lord here on Earth. If we will not serve our purpose we are worthless. We need to act and move for His Kingdom.

Salt is very important in our daily living. It has many uses.

According to research, Salt has many uses.

68% – Induatrial Chemicals

12% – Water Conditioning

8% – Highway Deicing

6% – Agriculture

6% – Food Grade Salt

-Maldom Salt Company

With the many uses of Salt it has not been the main stream of the end result or product . It always be the producer or creator.

Like in food that we cook daily, it will never be tastiful or delicious if salt were not added, however once the food were cooked and delivers it as delicious, the cook were recognized for cooking a tastiful viand.

In life how are we able to serve as Salt for the whole human race?

We could be an influencer, encourager, teacher, or even a helper or assistant—think of how will you be able to make an IMPACT to a person’s life or touch their hearts, but always pointing to God to be glorified and NOT you.

One of the good quotes says, “it is not what you do, but it is how you touch other’s lives!” It is how you made them feel that resonates.

Like Salt — in many uses that salt has been used, it is always the end product or result that has resonated. It will always be the creator or producer of the end product. Likewise to us, it should always be our Abba Father who will be glorified.

Let us continue to love one another as the Lord’s second greatest commandment says, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself

Let us continue to touch other people’s lives and make a good impact to them, big or small it does matter!

.The Temptation of Jesus.

“Let us learn on Jesus ways on how he resisted temptation. He soak, fill and saturate. Early in the morning he will wake up to devote his time to the Lord. He will fast for him to regain the zeal of his commitment to do the will of God to him and to draw near to God.

Let us follow Jesus ways! Let he be our role model to resist temptation in this world.”

Matthew 4:1-11 NLT

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted there by the devil. For forty days and forty nights he fasted and became very hungry. During that time the devil came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become loaves of bread.” But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say, ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ” Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, and said, “If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say, ‘He will order his angels to protect you. And they will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.’ ” Jesus responded, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the Lord your God.’ ” Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. “I will give it all to you,” he said, “if you will kneel down and worship me.” “Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say, ‘You must worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’ ” Then the devil went away, and angels came and took care of Jesus.

When we are in this kind of situation, how is our respond will be like?

In the Scripture, Jesus was being tempted after he fasted for 40 days and 40 nights. As human he was very hungry. His flesh was weak. Fragile — easy to break and need a rest and food to refuel it.

But his Spirit was full. He had God’s fullness at this time as he fasted for 40 days and 40 nights. His Spirit was high with God almighty.

As tempter tempted him, first, he tempted his weakness— his flesh — his hunger. But Jesus thrown the tempter a Scripture “People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.”

Second, the temper tempted Jesus through his sound mind. “Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, and said, “If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say, ‘He will order his angels to protect you. And they will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.’ ” Jesus responded, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the Lord your God.’

Third, the tempter tempted Jesus through the lust of the eyes. “Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. “I will give it all to you,” he said, “if you will kneel down and worship me.” “Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say, ‘You must worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’”

Then the devil went away, and angels came and took care of Jesus. Matthew 4:11

How are we able to be like Jesus? Resisting the temptation in this fallen world?

We should be like Jesus! We must understand that in this Scripture, Jesus was still human. He had his weaknesses as well, but he resisted it.

How he can resist it? He resisted it by

  1. SOAK. Soaking his Spirit in the presence of God. The Bible said in Psalm 91:1 ” Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. Psalm 91:1‭, ‬3 NIV – The Devil will first target our weakness. But he know nuts! He thought that Jesus can fall as prey. The things that he was not aware was Jesus’ Spirit was strengthened and communing to God at that very moment. “In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;” – Romans 8:26. Knowing that  God is already protecting Jesus at that very moment.
  2. FILL. Filling and knowing the Scripture by Heart. After Jesus was not tempted his weakness. The devil’s second target was his sound mind. Li’l did he know that Jesus is guarding his heart with the words of God. Jesus guarded his heart by believing the truth of the Word by heart. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Jesus’ heart was saturated with Word of God and as in everything we do it flows from our heart. Jesus’ heart was so strong as he had fasted because God made it strong and full of wisdom that directs and flows to his mind not to be warped by this world.
  3. SATURATE his Focus. Knowing where your heart is there your treasure is also. Jesus knows where is his treasure is. He knows his kingdom is not in this world but in the heavenly kingdom that the Lord is preparing for him. “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19‭-‬21 NIV . Jesus knows by heart and mind that his kingdom was not in this world. He can never be deceived by this world’s deceiving glory. He set his focus in mind and heart to heavenly treasure.

Let us learn on Jesus’ ways on how he resisted temptation. He soak, fill and saturate. Early in the morning he will wake up to devote his time to the Lord. He will fast for him to regain the zeal of his commitment to do the will of God to him and to draw near to God.

Let us follow Jesus’ ways! Let he be our role model to resist temptation in this world. We need to have God’s fullness in our life daily!

Understanding Why We need to partake the Covenant Meal

First, we need to understand the meaning of the Great Cross Exchange.

The Cross, the New Covenant was cut and an important exchange took place. Jesus took our sin and all the bad we deserved, so that we could have all His good!

Jesus was perfectly good. He obeyed all of God’s laws completely. So He deserved all God’s blessings. We were sinners. We couldn’t obey God’s laws completely. And we deserved punishment and death, so we can have all of His blessings.

God’s Promises 101 (IAMgoodstar.com) – Luke 22:19-20

Luke 22:19-20

19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”
Matthew 26:26‭-‬29 NIV

My son, David Gideon asked me, how to lead the Covenant Meal or the Holy Communion as Hope Church Singapore is having BlackOut Sundays, This Sunday, 29 October 2017 would be the last Sunday of BlackOut. (please click the link to understand the BlackOut Sundays of Hope Church Singapore)

He and his sister, Gladly Gedelyn are leading a group of youth in the Hope- Filipino (Youth Ignite). They had to lead the group with LifeGroup dynamics aptly.  It was a good question to me when he posed it, and ponder upon it. Yes, why should I not dig it out, and be able to teach my son, how to lead the Covenant Meal and so as myself.

As I read again the Scripture about the New Covenant and Comparisson from the Old Covenant, I was just really amazed how God loves us. How “blessed” Believers are! His wondrous love and by His grace- the Cross had the wholeness of our being spiritually in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah to the living God alone!

Here how it is.

Here’s what happened at the Exchange:

  • Jesus was CURSED that we might be BLESSED (Gal 3:13-14)
  • Jesus became POOR so that we might be RICH (2 Cor 8:9)
  • Jesus was SHAMED that we might be GLORIFIED (Isa 53:3)
  • Jesus was FORSAKEN that we might be ACCEPTED (Matt 27:46; Eph 1:5-6)
  • Jesus was PUNISHED so that we might be FORGIVEN  (Isa 53:6)
  • Jesus was WOUNDED so that we might be HEALED (Isa 53:5b)
  • Jesus was made SIN that we might be RIGHTEOUS (2 Cor 4:21)
  • Jesus DIED that we might be ALIVE (Isa 53:12b)

Last Supper

Jesus introduces the New Covenant Meal

Every Sunday, we celebrate the Holy Communion. The Holy Communion is also known as the New Covenant Meal. Jesus tells us to do this as often as we can, in remembrance of Him.

What is the significance of the New Covenant meal?

Not a snack. Not a ritual. Not a magic formula. To remember what Jesus has done on the Cross — the Cross Exchange.

The night Jesus was betrayed, He sat down for supper with his disciples to celebrate the Passover.

Jesus knew He was going to die on the cross, and on that cross, He will be cutting the New Covenant with God.

As they were eating at the table, Jesus did 2 things:

  • Took the BREAD and broke it, giving it to His disciples

He said: “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

  • Took the CUP, gave to His disciples

Saying: “In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

What the bread and cup symbolizes?

BREAD: Jesus’ Body was broken so mine can be healed and whole

  • The unleavened bread had no yeast, was baked, pierced and striped; Jesus broke it before giving it to the disciples
  • On the cross: Jesus’ body would be torn apart for us (broken). It would be whipped (striped) and pierced (by the soldier’s spear).
  • All the bad things/punishments we deserved fell on Jesus, so that we can have all the blessings of the Cross Exchange.
  • Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions (wrong doings), He was bruised for our iniquities (sins); the chastisement (punishments) for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
  • When we eat the bread, we remember what Jesus has done on the cross for us.
    • If we are sick, we remember that we have Jesus’ healing.
    • If we are poor, we remember that we have Jesus’ riches.
    • If we are feeling forsaken, we remember that we are accepted in Jesus.

CUP: Jesus’ Blood was shed for my complete forgiveness and righteousness

  • Just like the Passover Lamb’s blood was spread over the Israelites’ door posts, keeping them safe from the angel of death, Jesus’ shed blood caused God’s punishment and judgment for our sins to pass over (Exodus 12:13)
  • Jesus paid our punishment with His blood.
  • Matthew 26:28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
  • When we drink the cup, we remember that what Jesus has done on the cross for us.
    • He took our punishment, so that we are forgiven
    • He was made sin that we are righteous
    • He was shamed that we are glorified
  • Under this New Covenant, it’s no longer about what we do or don’t do, but everything about what Jesus has done on the cross for us!
  • Every time we eat of the bread and drink of the cup, we proclaim the death of Christ! We remember the exchange on the Cross!
  • We also proclaim that we are part of God’s covenant people.

Suggested ACTIVITIES: Covenant Meal / Holy Communion

Pass out the bread and the cup.

  1. Hold up the bread. Say, “This bread symbolizes the body of Jesus that was broken for us so that we can enjoy His wholeness and healing. If anyone of you has a sickness, imagine Jesus on the cross with the same sickness … the same headache, or pain or flu. He took it all for you. So that today, you have His divine health.”
  2. Pray: Thank you Jesus that Your body was broken so mine can be healed and whole. Amen.
  3. Eat the bread.
  4. Hold up the cup. Say, “This cup represents the blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross for you and me. This blood paid the punishment of our sins. So today we don’t need to be punished anymore. All our sins are forgiven and we can stand righteous before God.
  5. Pray: Thank you Jesus that Your blood was shed so that I can be completely forgiven and righteous before You.
  6. Drink the cup.

All glory to God!
